staffMaybo Li

Bonjour !

staffRoxane Harvey-Leclerc

Roxane is a second-year student at the University of Ottawa, pursuing a Bachelor of Education Degree. She has an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the same University, where she graduated with a major in Lettres Françaises (French literature). Her goal in life is to be a teacher in the French language system in Ontario.  Roxane has been tutoring English-natives in French for 4 years and especially enjoys interacting with children, and helping them achieve their own academic goals. She is passionate about the French language, and is looking forward to sharing that enthusiasm with students!

Nos tuteurs

french tutorNaomi Gray

My name is Naomi Gray and I’m in my second year at the University of Waterloo where I’m completing a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Biology. I learned French in French Immersion school and I am ever so grateful to have it as my second language.
I have been tutoring students for almost six years but my experience with children stems far beyond that, from babysitting to camp counselling. I first started working with Camp Tournesol as a camp counsellor in the summer of 2018 and I am thrilled to now be a part of the tutoring team. I look forward to meeting and getting to know all of the students and helping them learn a language that I love so much.

Amel Naroun

Hello! My name is Amel and I am a languages teacher. I am originally from France but lived in few different countries (ie. Japan, the UK, Germany, Canada…). I enjoy being immersed in different countries/cultures and I love sharing my own culture and language and also talk about other cultures. Your kids won’t get bored

Zeinab Garda

Hello! My name is Zeinab, I have an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree from McMaster University. I am currently pursuing a Masters in Speech-Language Pathology at the University of Ottawa.  I am passionate about language and about finding what is best for each child.

My tutoring experience has shown me that every student learns differently which is why I am dedicated to finding what works best in furthering your child’s French language skills. I have been a team leader for Camp Tournesol for the past two summers and I hope to bring that same summer camp enthusiasm into my tutoring sessions.

Hawa Diallo

Celeny Delbarrio

Hello! My name is Celeny and I am a first-year student at the University of Ottawa, pursuing a Bachelor of Education degree. I have an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto, where I graduated with a major in French Studies and History. As I have completed most of my schooling in French, I aim to share the passion I have for the language with my students by not only helping them improve their language abilities but by embracing the culture that comes with it. I believe in giving students the tools needed to succeed in an academic setting that will help them in their future adult lives. I am excited to help all students on their way to success!

Kesha Patel

Bonjour!
